Please note our delivery works in line with our operation, Monday to Friday but we also offer Saturday delivery.

Next Day orders cut off is 7pm Monday to Friday. We do offer Saturday delivery.

RETURNS

We offer a 28 day return policy from date of receiving for any refund. Please ensure returns will go through a QC process and we expect all tags to still be attached to products and be sent back with the product bags they came in.

Before a return is sent back, please ensure an email is sent to our team at info@dawsella.co.uk stating your name, order number and reason for return. ( At present we do not offer returns forms to be completed)
